Our Story, Our Community

Combining old world tradition with a modern feel

Our History

Founded in the early 20th century by a small group of devoted families, Chouva Israel has grown from a modest house of worship into a cornerstone of the community. Our journey is one of faith, perseverance, and unwavering dedication to preserving our heritage while embracing the future.

Through decades of change, our synagogue has remained a sanctuary for prayer, a center for learning, and a home for all who seek connection.
